CX Consultants, at junior, mid and senior levels.

In the role of a Customer Experience Consultant you will be accountable for the delivery of Usability Testing, User Centred Design and Customer Experience projects across a wide range of clients in Finance, Telco, Travel, eCommerce, Retail etc.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the latest CX design and usability testing techniques, to improve the customer experience across a broad range of digital and real world applications. Desired Skills and Experience

  • Junior to Mid level CX Consultant position - open to recent graduates in Psychology, HCI, Social Science or related fields
  • Mid to Senior Level CX Consultant position - open to experienced consultants with 3+ years experience in CX/UX and usability
  • Strategic thinking and creativity
  • Strong business and interpersonal skills
  • Highly Competent Researcher: Ability to lead interviews, workshops and testing sessions
  • Senior Consultants must be competent at all aspects of User Centred Design
  • Senior Consultants must have experience in User Research, Information Architecture, Transactional Wireframe Design and Usability Testing
  • Experience in Eye Tracking is not essential
  • Analytical thinker with excellent writing skills
  • Cantonese or Bahasa Malaysia skills would be useful

 

Shopper Research Consultant

We are looking for a Shopper Research Consultant to join our thriving Eye Tracking team.

You will be involved in planning and delivering shopper research projects using cutting edge eye tracking technology to uncover unconscious shopper behaviour. You will be analysing the results and uncovering insights which could not have been discovered using traditional market research methods. You will be providing recommendations which will drive measurable improvements for your clients.

Prior experience with eye tracking is not necessary, but you will need a solid background in researching buyer behaviour in a shopping context.

 

Desirable qualities:

  • 3+ years Shopper Research or Market Research experience
  • Client side or agency experience
  • Strong interpersonal and research skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to draw out key insights
  • Ability to clearly express your findings and recommendations to your clients
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Psychology or Social Sciences would be ideal
