Conducted usability testing with Hong Kong consumers. The session was conducted remotely by moderators in Singapore and Australia. We also included a live translation of Cantonese sessions for our English speaking client.

Outcomes

Insights of this study informed Google’s GPay strategy for increasing user adoption in Singapore.
