To understand user journey of Far East Organisation's target audience, and to validate new design of Far East Organisation's corporate website in terms of meeting their audience's needs.

Approach

We began by conducting a stakeholder workshop to understand the goal of the project, and to determine the metrics to measure during the usability test sessions to define the success of the website. Apart from finding out about critical painpoints encountered by participants, we also interviewed users based on their needs while looking for a rental/sales property.
