What We Did
Usability Testing, Recruitment
We began by conducting a stakeholder workshop to understand the goal of the project, and to determine the metrics to measure during the usability test sessions to define the success of the website. We tested the mobile website with both loyal and new users on essential user journeys, looking out for pain points that would critically affect the user experience.
