User Research, Design, Usability Testing, Information Architecture


We began by conducting a stakeholder workshop to understand the goal of the project, and to determine the metrics to measure during the usability test sessions to define the success of the website. Using the results from the usability testing sessions, we helped to derive an information architecture (IA) for the new website. We also were commisioned to design the wireframes for the e-commerce flow for M1.
