Evaluate the new Philips' store design before launching it on a global scale, in order to identify issues and recommend actionable solutions where required.

Approach

Conducted 12 shopper research sessions at Thien Hoa Electronics Store in Ho Chi Minh City using Tobii Glasses 1. Shoppers were asked to find an appliance they wanted to purchase while the moderator observed the users' actions from afar. Upon completion of their purchase decision, users would watch a replay of their experience and have a discussion with the moderator to identify shopper experience issues and potential solutions.
