To test several platforms for UBS in Singapore & Hong Kong, including a mobile and desktop trading platform, to uncover usability and experience issues, as well as other areas of improvement.
What We Did
Conducted usability testing with eye-tracking with 8-12 participants for each platform in Singapore & Hong Kong. Participants carried out tasks on the interface to identify usability issues, and gave their comments about how they thought the platforms could better serve their purposes. These findings were compiled into comprehensive reports with descriptions of the issues and recommendations.
