Approach

We conducted user research across 4 countries, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, with SME business owners and employees. In each session, we deep-dived into their motivations, needs and pain points, and conducted usability testing on the enterprise software to identify potential UX-related issues and opportunities for SME users. With diary studies, we generated valuable insights on how SME users would use the enterprise software product on a long-term basis for their business.
